Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven track record as a Technical Manager or Senior Stylist in a reputable hair care or salon chain.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of hair biology, chemical processes, and advanced styling techniques.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Education: Valid certification in Cosmetology, Hair Science, or a related field.
