Are you a creative Video Editor with a knack for directing? Flowmkt Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Video Editor & Content Coordinator to join our growing team in Ipoh. In this hybrid role, you won't just be cutting footage; you will be at the heart of our live production, editing content on the fly while directing and coaching on-camera talent. We are looking for a professional who combines technical editing prowess with strong leadership skills to ensure our broadcasts are engaging and seamless.
Your role will involve post-production editing, color correction, sound design, and managing the final delivery of content. However, the unique aspect of this position is the live coordination. You will be the eyes and ears on set, guiding hosts, ensuring script adherence, and making real-time decisions to keep the show running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and assemble video footage to create engaging content.
- Direct and coordinate live broadcast sessions, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Coach on-camera talent to enhance performance and delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and content strategies.
- Perform post-production tasks including cutting, trimming, and adding visual effects.
- Manage content workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor technical quality of live streams and recorded content.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
- Experience directing live hosts or on-camera talent.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.
