We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer (Editing Specialist) to join our creative team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete post-production lifecycle for all video content, transforming raw footage into compelling stories. Your expertise in editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects (VFX) will be instrumental in delivering premium-quality videos that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. Beyond technical execution, you will implement robust asset management systems to organize, archive, and retrieve creative assets efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration across projects.
The ideal candidate combines artistic vision with technical precision, capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will maintain strict quality control throughout the production pipeline, troubleshoot technical challenges, and stay abreast of industry innovations. - Execute full post-production workflows including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and VFX integration
- Develop and maintain systematic digital asset management systems for creative files
- Collaborate with creative teams to align post-production with project objectives and brand standards
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous quality control checks and color grading
- Optimize video assets for multiple platforms and formats (social media, web, broadcast)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while meeting strict deadlines
- Research and implement emerging post-production technologies and workflows
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Audition
- Expertise in color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics
- Strong organizational skills with experience in digital asset management systems
- Portfolio demonstrating technical excellence in video editing and VFX
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of video compression formats and platform-specific requirements
- Relevant degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
