- Present menus, explain specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain a pristine dining environment
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and service standards
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service concerns proactively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
