We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in the vibrant Marina Bay district. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals in the HVAC and cooling industry to secure a stable role with excellent financial rewards. As part of our operations, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of critical Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems and District Cooling plants. The position offers a highly attractive remuneration package, including a base salary of up to $4,500 per month, an additional $50 per night for night shift duties, and a significant 3-month performance bonus. Our preferred candidate will enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a 4-day work week schedule (4 days on, 4 days off), alternating with a 4-night shift rotation. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on ACMV and District Cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in cooling plants and air handling units.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system parameters and log data accurately to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement energy-saving measures and system upgrades.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and components as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or relevant technical certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid Singapore Technical Certification (e.g., WSQ Advanced Certificate in Industrial Refrigeration or similar).
- Proven working experience in ACMV or District Cooling maintenance.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environmental conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
