Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems in commercial properties
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, and ductwork
- Conduct system diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal energy efficiency
- Operate and maintain company vehicles for service calls and equipment transport
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and technical documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with building management to address occupant comfort concerns
- Support emergency HVAC system breakdowns after hours as required
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 driving license with clean driving record
- Technical certification/diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ACMV system maintenance
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and control systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills for complex HVAC diagnostics
- Willingness to work alternate weekend schedules (6565 pattern)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
