Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the company filing system and electronic records efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and organize the daily calendar for management.
  • Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement, and basic office supplies ordering.
  • Prepare monthly administrative reports and assist in budget tracking.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'N'/'O' levels or Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant working experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
