Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company filing system and electronic records efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and organize the daily calendar for management.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and basic office supplies ordering.
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and assist in budget tracking.
- Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee documentation.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N'/'O' levels or Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant working experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
