- Handle incoming/outgoing communications professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory while managing procurement processes
- Support employee onboarding by preparing new hire materials and workspace setup
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for compliance
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and departmental administrative tasks
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in office administration or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
