Tanggung Jawab
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports (Branch Journal, VSS, RSS) and submit to Branch Manager
- Manage warehouse inventory systems including stock counts, reconciliation, and cycle counting
- Coordinate supplier deliveries and outbound shipments with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate administrative records for branch operations and warehouse activities
- Assist in physical inventory audits and discrepancy investigations
- Support warehouse operational procedures including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure branch-level inventory aligns with demand forecasts
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1-2 years administrative/warehouse experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) or ERP software
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail in reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Valid forklift license is advantageous
