In this pivotal role, you will serve as the administrative backbone for the Quality Control department. You will support daily operations by ensuring accurate documentation, managing data entry, and facilitating communication between production teams and management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong aptitude for data management, and thrive in a fast-paced industrial setting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily recording and filing of Quality Control (QC) documentation and inspection reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date logs for inventory, stock movements, and production outputs.
  • Generate and distribute routine reports, including daily production summaries and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate closely with the production floor to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and internal memos.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.
  • Assist in organizing office supplies and maintaining a tidy, efficient work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in data or documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic inventory management software.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
