Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Manage administrative services, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility scheduling
- Coordinate workspace planning and optimization to support the needs of various departments
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and services
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising administrative staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
