Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Account Lead including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and digital record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Account Lead
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documentation
- Handle incoming communications professionally and triage inquiries appropriately
- Manage office inventory and procurement of supplies
- Support financial tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the team
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
