Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
  • Handle general administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record keeping
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Support the finance team with month-end closing activities

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable is highly desirable
