Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure all operational procedures run efficiently.
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and support employee relations activities.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting agendas, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary services.
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
