Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms
- Optimize product listings with SEO keywords, compelling descriptions, and high-quality visuals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for seamless restocking
- Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and customer inquiries
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust pricing/promotional strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team on cross-platform campaigns and promotions
- Implement marketplace-specific policies and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience managing marketplace operations (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce algorithms and digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics) and marketplace dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with experience handling customer disputes
- Familiarity with fashion retail industry preferred
