Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with international logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Manage warehouse inventory, stock control, and perform regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with product safety and regulatory standards across all logistics channels.
- Assist the finance department with supply chain-related reporting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding order status, shipments, and logistics timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock and logistics activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, warehouse management, or logistics administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or inventory management software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance and customer service.
