As an Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, coordinating with various departments to meet stock requirements, and conducting regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy. You will utilize our ERP systems to manage stock movements, prepare reports, and identify discrepancies to minimize loss and waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels to ensure stock availability for operations.
- Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to initiate purchase orders and sales returns.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system and update inventory logs.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods in the warehouse.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excess stock.
- Prepare weekly or monthly inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
