We're seeking a strategic professional to optimize sourcing, negotiate supplier contracts, and streamline purchase operations for our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers including pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines
- Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to payment reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies to reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with proven track record
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics
- Excellent analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
