Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular procurement reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
