Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex administrative functions including record-keeping, filing, and data management for university departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior university officials.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high attention to detail.
- Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist in the preparation of official documents, resolutions, and other administrative papers required by the office.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and requisition new materials as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Office or designated authority.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in any field of study (Business Administration, Education, or Liberal Arts is preferred).
- At least four (4) years of relevant work experience in an administrative or clerical capacity.
- Must possess a valid Civil Service Eligibility (Professional or Subprofessional) as per the specific requirements of the position.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
