Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prioritize executive schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications
- Process financial transactions, expense reports, and budget documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain organizational filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
