Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department heads and team members
- Manage document processing, filing systems, and accurate data entry operations
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Support financial documentation processing and expense tracking
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment and administrative software
- Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous
