Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as needed
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and orientation materials
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using office software
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, with preference for candidates with diploma in administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (1-2 years preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
