- Manage office calendars, schedules, and appointment coordination
- Handle incoming/outbound communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Support departmental operations and assist team members
- Monitor office inventory and procurement of supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
