Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and document processing
- Coordinate office logistics, including procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes through training coordination and resource preparation
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting materials using MS Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in BPO or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in office management systems and digital tools
