Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Assist in recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Handle employee data management and HR documentation updates
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Organize company events and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Provide administrative support during audits and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Proactive problem-solving approach with minimal supervision
