Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash handling operations including deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile cash balances daily
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports with precision
- Prepare financial documentation and reports for management review
- Implement and monitor internal controls for cash management
- Coordinate with accounting department for financial audits
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling and administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
