Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the department to ensure optimal efficiency and workflow.
- Manage and maintain official records, documents, and filing systems in compliance with Civil Service regulations and local government protocols.
- Prepare, review, and distribute official correspondence, memoranda, and reports for the head of office and other officials.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance on office procedures and performance standards.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communications and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, preparing requisitions and ensuring proper inventory control.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of government programs and special projects as assigned by superiors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
- Must be a Filipino citizen.
- Civil Service Eligible (Second Level) or equivalent, as required by government standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
- Proven experience in office management, record keeping, and staff supervision.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft official documents accurately.
