Tanggung Jawab
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and virtual correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for documents and records
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and official communications
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and progress updates
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking as needed
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) and accuracy
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams)
