Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the after-sales service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service revenue and optimize profit margins.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Manage and mentor the service team, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complex issues and maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to manage spare parts and accessories efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance, revenue, and profitability to stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in After Sales Management or Customer Service leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and service metrics.
  • Proven track record of managing service teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
