- Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions using n8n and other AI tools
- Create complex workflow orchestration that integrates multiple systems and applications
- Develop agentic code solutions that enable intelligent decision-making in automation processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems for maximum efficiency
- Document automation processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with the latest AI automation technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an AI Automation Specialist or similar role with expertise in n8n
- Strong knowledge of workflow orchestration and automation principles
- Familiarity with Claude and agentic code development
- Experience in leading automation projects from conception to implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with morning hours
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
