As an AI Innovation Lead at Juris Technologies, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our organization through cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Reporting directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and collaborating with the executive leadership team, you'll spearhead the end-to-end execution of AI initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and strategic business objectives. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies, developing innovative solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to implement these solutions effectively. - Develop and execute the company's AI innovation strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to implementation and optimization
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and their potential applications
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI priorities and secure necessary resources
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Establish metrics to measure the impact and ROI of AI initiatives
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in business environments
- Strong understanding of various AI methodologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams
