Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems including compressors, fans, and electrical controls
- Perform routine maintenance including filter changes, refrigerant recharging, and coil cleaning
- Conduct system efficiency testing and calibration to optimize performance
- Install new air conditioning units and HVAC systems according to technical specifications
- Document service reports, parts usage, and maintenance schedules accurately
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and assist with complex troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations for refrigerant handling
Kualifikasi
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AC repair and servicing
- EPA 608 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling qualification
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid Class 3 driving license for field service calls
- Ability to read technical schematics and system manuals
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and reporting
