Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using specialized diagnostic tools
- Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Advise customers on energy-efficient usage and system optimization
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and project timelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards for all technical operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or HVAC specialist
- Technical certification in refrigeration, HVAC systems, or equivalent (SIRIM preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and thermodynamics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for client interactions and technical reporting
