- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase cargo bookings and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Prepare customized cargo proposals and negotiate service agreements
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient cargo handling and delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo sales, logistics, or airline industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of IATA cargo regulations and documentation processes
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
