Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in application support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database querying basics.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is an advantage.
