Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor application performance and system logs to detect anomalies and potential failures.
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to escalate and fix complex bugs.
- Document detailed technical resolutions and maintain a knowledge base.
- Communicate technical status updates to stakeholders and non-technical users.
- Participate in system maintenance and patching activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in application support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database querying basics.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is an advantage.
