Tanggung Jawab
- Review and coordinate architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to maintain design intent and accuracy
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of architectural projects
- Identify and resolve design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawing registers and submittal records
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve on-site issues
- Assist in value engineering and design optimization to meet project requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction documentation and drawing management systems
