Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for culturally-authentic Balinese architectural designs
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Research and incorporate traditional Balinese design elements, materials, and construction methods
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and material specifications for proposed designs
- Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations while maintaining cultural authenticity
- Stay updated on current trends in Balinese architecture and sustainable design practices
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field with specialization in traditional Balinese design
- 3+ years of experience as a drafter or designer with focus on Balinese architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and other design tools
- Deep understanding of Balinese architectural principles, symbolism, and construction techniques
- Strong portfolio demonstrating culturally-authentic Balinese design projects
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
