Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand interior design needs and furniture preferences
- Present and demonstrate furniture collections, highlighting materials, craftsmanship, and design features
- Develop tailored solutions using 3D visualization tools and mood boards
- Build and maintain client relationships through post-sales follow-up and referrals
- Collaborate with design teams to execute comprehensive interior projects
- Stay current on furniture trends, sustainability practices, and local design regulations
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in furniture or interior design sales
- Portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and client consultation examples
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Exceptional communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and ergonomics
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in luxury retail
- Certification in interior design or related field preferred
- Experience with Bali's local design market and supplier networks
