Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Assist in creating engaging content including blog posts, graphics, and short videos
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly progress reports
- Coordinate with SEO team to improve website organic search rankings
- Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation and distribution
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Strong written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 3-4 days per week during business hours
- Passion for digital marketing and emerging tech trends
