Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate monthly reports
- Assist in SEO optimization for local search visibility
- Coordinate with local vendors for promotional events
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Support email marketing initiatives and newsletter creation
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing/Communications/Business
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Basic SEO knowledge and Google Analytics experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work (strongly preferred)
