Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Manage content calendar with engaging copy and visual assets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and social insights
- Collaborate with design team for promotional materials and video content
- Optimize SEO strategies for Indonesian market keywords
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist in email marketing automation and segmentation
- Support community engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Marketing/Communications program
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week during business hours
