Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble products and components according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all finished goods meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow strict safety regulations and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
- Perform basic inventory checks and prepare materials for production lines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and adapt to irregular hours.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
