Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets including hardware, software, and network components
- Conduct regular configuration audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies
- Monitor and track asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning
- Generate comprehensive reports on asset status, utilization, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve asset-related issues and optimize resource allocation
- Implement and maintain configuration management processes and documentation
- Ensure proper disposal and recycling of obsolete IT equipment following environmental standards
- Support the Australian telecommunications client with asset and configuration management queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT asset management or configuration analysis
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with telecommunications or B2B IT environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to document technical information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
