- Manage and maintain accurate office filing systems and records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for management staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Prepare reports, letters, and general correspondence.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and document formatting.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Office Administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
