Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain office inventory, including stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  • Support the management team in project coordination and special administrative assignments.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
