Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic management, governance, and operational oversight of the NTUitive startup portfolio.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks are applied across all portfolio companies.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize the commercial value and scalability of university spin-offs.
- Facilitate access to critical resources, including funding, mentorship, and industry networks for entrepreneurs.
- Monitor portfolio performance through rigorous KPI analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with academic departments to bridge the gap between research innovation and market application.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in portfolio management, venture capital, corporate development, or startup incubation.
- Proven track record of managing startup ecosystems or working within a higher education or research institution environment.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, legal compliance, and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage professional networks within the industry and academic sectors.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
