Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to bank clients, handling transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Assist customers with account opening, loan applications, and other banking services
- Process cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and profiles
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent educational qualification
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial services is preferred but not required
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
