Join MSIG's dynamic finance team as an Assistant Manager (Investment & Treasury) and drive strategic financial initiatives in Singapore's vibrant financial hub. This pivotal role combines investment management expertise with treasury oversight to optimize capital allocation while mitigating financial risks. You'll be instrumental in delivering quarterly investment performance reports with comprehensive risk assessments to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing half-yearly ABF dividend distribution processes and conducting rigorous monthly reviews of treasury operations to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Deliver quarterly investment performance reports with key risk assessment criteria to ERM
- Execute half-yearly ABF dividend distribution processes
- Conduct monthly reviews of treasury operations and financial reports
- Monitor investment portfolios and market trends for strategic adjustments
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for treasury activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment and treasury initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in investment management or treasury operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools
- Knowledge of investment products, risk frameworks, and ABF structures
- Experience with dividend distribution processes and financial reporting
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, CAIA) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data
