Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate processing of payment transactions and settlement activities
- Coordinate with internal departments (trading, compliance, finance) and external parties (brokers, clients, regulators)
- Monitor transaction records for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Adhere to FCM and Bursa Malaysia regulatory requirements
- Support trading desk operations through administrative and transactional assistance
- Maintain updated documentation of operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in stockbroking, trading operations, or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trading software platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
